The aim of the association is to unite, on the basis of common professional and professional interests, individuals involved in addictionology and to develop this field. At the same time, the priority is the development of lifelong learning, adictological research and to strengthen the position and opportunities of members of the association in the Czech Republic and abroad.

We operate an association to promote the prevention of drug addiction. Our mission is to provide professional services to persons at risk of substance abuse through outreach, outpatient and counseling programs. We also provide prevention programs and educational activities such as seminars and talks.

We operate a low threshold facility for children and youth and a family counseling center. The low-threshold house is intended for persons who spend their free time wandering on the street, in a group or otherwise unorganized. Its main importance lies in its counselling and prevention activities. The same is true of the family centre.

We provide practical factual information - independent, confidential and impartial. We also offer accompaniment in dealings with the authorities and various institutions.

We run a counselling centre for mental health and illness. We provide contact for clients who leave care, discontinue treatment and find it difficult to communicate with professionals. We offer social counselling, counselling based on our own experience of illness, debt counselling on an outpatient and outreach basis.

Providing outreach programmes for working with drug users, their social environment and the public. Active search for users of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, assistance in mitigating health and social risks.

Rehabilitation and re-socialization of people with long-term mental illness (schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder) and people suffering from addictions. Offer of anonymous psychological counselling services.
