A small studio with a personal approach was established in 2013. It offers yoga therapy for correct posture, Ashtanga yoga, Hatha yoga, Feldenkrais® method, Pilates, OM CHANTING, women's circles, dance meditation, therapies (PSYCH-K®, narrative psychotherapy, Bio-Orgonomic healing, cranio-sacral therapy).

We organize regular classes and seminars according to the Yoga in Daily Life System, which is true to the original tradition of classical yoga and is designed to meet the needs of our modern times. Classes include physical, breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques, taught by experienced certified practitioners.

Offering gyne, lyengar and power yoga classes. Classes are aimed specifically for women. Classes are led by meticulously trained teachers who are prepared to thoroughly verbally guide and manually correct students in postures. There is a college educated physical therapist on staff.

Year-round courses in integral yoga and intensive tantra. We offer weekly two hour classes, demonstration classes from home, individual attention, printed courses, spiritual family background. Courses include practices beneficial to your health.
