Our goal is to bring a yoga practice that connects body, mind and spirit. We offer a variety of yoga styles including Hatha, Yin and Vinyasa flow. We help our clients relax, recharge and deepen their sense of self. We see yoga as a pathway to a full life and self-realization.

I offer yoga lessons conducted at a calm pace, where I emphasize the correct execution of exercises and pleasant stretching and relaxation of the whole body. My classes are adapted to all levels, from beginner to advanced.
