We run a kindergarten with swimming for children aged 3 to 7, swimming for babies, toddlers and pre-school children, and a kids club for children aged two and over. We offer sports clubs for children and adults, camps, counseling in the field of upbringing and education of children.

We operate a maternity centre. There is a playroom, dance and art classes and English language classes for children. For adults we offer power yoga and hatha yoga, pilates or English classes. We provide socio-educational counselling for children up to 7 years old.

Year-round courses of esoteric integral yoga and esoteric tantra yoga. We offer weekly two-hour classes, demonstration classes from home, individual attention, printed courses, and the background of a spiritual family. Courses include practices beneficial to your health.

A small studio with a personal approach was established in 2013. It offers yoga therapy for correct posture, Ashtanga yoga, Hatha yoga, Feldenkrais® method, Pilates, OM CHANTING, women's circles, dance meditation, therapies (PSYCH-K®, narrative psychotherapy, Bio-Orgonomic healing, cranio-sacral therapy).
