You can attend my yoga classes every Monday during the school year from 18:00 in the gym of the business academy without the need for prior reservation. During the summer holidays there is outdoor yoga at Vyšehrad. Classes are suitable for yoga beginners.

YFE was founded to bring together members who view yoga as a discipline of self-development and want to achieve a common goal in the field of yoga. The accredited course for Yoga Instructors includes 200 hours and lasts 4 months. Join a large family of professionals in the yoga field.
