We offer experienced lecturers, a cosy interior and a relaxed atmosphere. There is a spacious hall, changing rooms and showers. In our studio we focus on yin yoga and ashtanga yoga. We offer deep relaxation and strengthening of the body through various asanas such as the boat pose or the stretched side angle pose. Our classes promote the harmony of Yin and Yang energy, which contributes to overall mental and physical health.

We offer yoga and pilates classes, for beginners and advanced. We cater for the early bird, the night owl, and those who only have time to attend classes at the weekend. We are an international team of great instructors who care about making you feel good. We have plenty of classes in English, too. Looking forward to it!
