Welcome to Yogam. We offer professional vinyasa, Iyengar yoga, barre and pilates classes. Our top-notch instructors are committed to the original principles of the techniques and a personalized approach. Choose from open classes or comprehensive classes and come find your strength, peace and a community where you just feel good.

You can attend my yoga classes every Monday during the school year from 18:00 in the gym of the business academy without the need for prior reservation. During the summer holidays there is outdoor yoga at Vyšehrad. Classes are suitable for yoga beginners.

We offer a place to practice yoga (ashtanga), as well as engage in spiritual development and meet like-minded people.
