Irena and Robert Hübler. We are married and both yoga instructors. We practice in the beautiful and harmonious environment of the Maitrea kindergarten in Sluštice. We have been organizing yoga courses, individual and special thematic classes here since 2010. We are now opening a course for beginners.

We organize weekend yoga classes in beautiful resorts in various places in the Czech Republic. On our weekends you will encounter both classical and dynamic concepts of yoga. We hold regular classes in Sluštice.

The studio invites you to a comfortable space where you can relax, unwind, strengthen your body and spirit and connect to your breath and rhythm. We practice with experienced instructors, especially yoga, health exercises, meditation, dance, exercise with children. We rent space for workshops, seminars, meetings.

I specialize in healthy movement, movement stereotypes, mobility and strengthening the center of the body. I create online memberships and themed programs. I am dedicated to corporate wellbeing programs that help offset sedentary jobs, increase employee energy and promote physical and mental well-being.

Yoga classes for adults, beginners and advanced. Please book your participation in advance via the booking system, which indicates the location and time of the classes. Bring: yoga mat, comfortable clothes.

Yoga studio with individual approach to each client. Group classes are conducted with a maximum of six clients. Possibility of online booking and choosing the most suitable lesson. The studio offers classes in Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, yoga for beginners, seniors and children. A quiet place for movement and relaxation.
