The cooperative was founded in 1975 as an association of agricultural enterprises. It deals with the purchase and sale of fertilizers and fuels. It provides services in truck transport.

Wholesale sales of solid fuels: coal, Czech lignite briquettes, and other solid fuels. We specialize in certified Czech lignite briquettes made from Ledvice coarse coal dust. The briquettes are manufactured at the only operating briquette plant in the Czech Republic; they are a 100% Czech product.
