I offer real estate appraisal services (typically estimating market value and customary price of houses, apartments, land). I do not charge for travel, I communicate the price for the appraisal in advance. I do valuations for the purpose of sale/purchase of property, settlement of co-ownership shares/SJM, valuations for inheritance proceedings, etc.
