In my practice I focus on individual therapy and I use mainly the psychotherapeutic method of working with inner parts (Internal Family Systems) and biosynthetic psychotherapy. With my team I also organize workshops on Holotropic Breathing.

I bring healthy performance and satisfaction biologically to companies. I am a certified neuro-linguistic coach, author of the book Cold Therapy, trainer of biohacking and breathing. I work with top athletes and most importantly, I help everyday hardworking people reach their potential in the professional and personal spheres.
