Welcome aboard the restaurant, named after the famous French air navigation pioneer Pierre de Tetu Brissy. The cuisine is based on seasonal, local and fresh ingredients. To achieve the perfect taste, we use modern gastronomic technologies that are gentle on the ingredients.

We offer a large selection of meat - beef, pork, chicken, veal, lamb, turkey and duck. You can also buy sausages, cheese, fish, dumplings, pastries and eggs. We operate an eshop with delivery in Prague and we also deliver to restaurants.

Operation of a non-smoking restaurant with seating for 100 people and the ability to separate part of the restaurant for private events. Possibility to visit with dogs. We offer a lunch menu and minute menus.

We cook and grill by the bike path so bike racks, bikes we have. We have Pilsner, Kozla and Matuska on tap, homemade lemonades, hot dogs, langos, schnitzel, ribs, burgers, hermelin, everything you can find here. We have a big playground for the kids.

The restaurant focuses on modern Czech cuisine and grilled meats prepared in a unique Josper grill. With his precision and creativity behind everything is chef Miroslav Dvořák, who selects and uses quality ingredients exclusively from local suppliers and farms.
