Operation of a butcher and sausage shop. We offer a range of fresh meat, sausages and delicatessen products. We focus on pork, beef and chicken, cooked products and lard or durable sausages. We offer cold cuts, sausages, salami, minced meat, pork neck, pork shoulder, chicken breast and thighs, pork belly and liver.

We are dedicated to the sale of mature beef from young bulls, exclusively from our own cattle. The meat comes only from free-range beef bulls reared on our farm (Simmental, Charolais, Blonde 'd Aquitaine, Belgian Blue and White breeds).
