We deal with metalworking on NC and CNC machines and machining centers. We carry out works of mechanical nature according to the documentation supplied by the customer. We perform the following technological operations on the machinery: turning, drilling, milling, threading, cylindrical grinding, assembly of groups and subassemblies.

We deal with machining on CNC machine tools. We do piece and small batch production. We produce shafts, flanges, bolts, bushings, inserts, various square parts. We have two CNC lathes and a machining center, all Doosan. We are a small team.

We can offer a complete supply of precision machined parts including material supply, surface treatment, heat treatment and transport to destination.

We operate a wholesale business in metals and metal ores. We offer grey and ductile iron castings, aluminium, forgings or steel products. We provide machining on CNC and NC machines, lathes and drilling centers. We perform turning, drilling, milling, threading or cylindrical grinding.

We specialize in custom manufacturing of precision machined and locksmith parts with the possibility of subsequent assembly. We offer heat treating and surface finishes to customer specifications, including shot blasting and painting. We have domestic and international trucking up to 12 tons.

We provide CNC turning and CNC machining of precision turned parts. We use Japanese made Mori Seiki lathes. For measuring we use air-conditioned measuring workplace equipped with 3D measuring instruments Carl Zeiss and Mitutoyo.

Implementation of vulcanization of rubber on metal surfaces, including metalworking and provision of locksmith production. Offer of cuffs and dusters, silentblocks, rubberized rods, wheels and rings. Manufacture of anchor sleeves, moulds for rubber or plastic products, fabrication and refurbishment of forging inserts, weld machining.

Manufacture of precision rotary parts on CNC machines. We offer CNC metalworking, turning, milling, grinding, thread rolling, hardening and surface finishing. We supply shafts, pins, spindles, flanges and pistons. We also provide CNC machining and high-volume production on automatic lathes.

The main activity is the production of metal components, parts and small assemblies with high quality to customers in the automotive, engineering, electrical, construction and footwear industries. We perform metal stamping and forming, locksmithing and surface treatment.
