I am a food and body relationship guide, certified coach in the psychology of eating with training from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating in the USA, translator of the book The Slow Diet (Maitrea, 2016), with experience working with clients individually and in groups since 2015.

I offer the creation of an individual training plan according to the client's goals and condition and the setting of an appropriate dietary regime. Consistency is necessary to achieve your goals and I use a monthly membership to ensure this. This way everyone prepays for their workouts a month in advance and only very serious situations are excused.
