We are a sports club dedicated to modern forms of exercise for the general exercising public, women, men, youth and children. We practice Zumba, Bodyform, Power Step, BOSU, on balls, Yogalates, Power Yoga, aerobics, on trampolines and much more. We organize weekend programs. We offer nutritional counseling.
