A gastronomic experience in a 19th century setting. Get a taste of what it was like to feast and entertain in a high society salon in the 1890s. Period cuisine combines with authentic surroundings and personal attention to each guest.

We combine classic Italian cuisine with a unique atmosphere and a view of the iconic Charles Bridge.

We operate a restaurant offering Italian cuisine, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. There are lounges and a non-smoking area. We organize social events, corporate parties, family celebrations, wedding receptions, graduations, banquets, etc.

The menu offers the best of Mediterranean cuisine, with specialties such as raw langoustines in olive oil and orange juice, boiled Catalan-style lobster, vitello tonnato and roasted Rossini veal fillet with foie gras and truffles. The elegant space with its modern design adds to the unique atmosphere.
