I am a therapist who combines NLP hypnosis and working with deeper layers of experience. I don't lead against defenses, but towards a greater connection with self. I help people work through change in a way that makes sense and is theirs. In a safe space we look for new ways to create solutions and live more like ourselves.

I run courses for businesses and individuals on stress management, emotional intelligence, working with thinking, information and more. I provide individual coaching and psychological counselling. I focus on working with the subconscious mind, personality strengths and weaknesses, using imagery techniques and working with dreams.

I offer psychological services, therapy for adolescents 15 years and older and adult coaching and supervision that can help you make positive changes in your personal or professional life.

As a hypnosystemic therapist, I would be happy to guide you on a path of meaningful change for a better life. Using safe, direct and effective methods, I will help you move to a place where things will be different. I use NLP, hypnosis, a systems approach and systemic constellations.
