We focus on helping with neurological and psychological difficulties using the EEG Biofeedback method, with the greatest emphasis on Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. We also address lack of performance and motivation, chronic fatigue, as well as stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, overwork and neuroses.

I am involved in my own psychotherapy practice and lecturing. Services I offer include individual therapy and psychological counselling, guided meditation and relaxation, self-experience workshops, and the Space Between Thoughts podcast.

I offer counselling (in person and online) in the areas of interpersonal, partner and family relationships, psychosomatic disorders and chronic pain.

Using safe, direct and effective methods, I will help you move to a place where things will be different. I use NLP, hypnosis, a systems approach and systemic constellations.
