Energo Pro Real Estate is a real estate development company founded in 2022, which is engaged in the construction and sale of residential projects. It has successfully completed several apartment buildings in Prague and has projects in the pipeline including more than 1500 apartments. It is part of the strong hydro power group Energo Pro.

The first blue-green district is being designed by the renowned studio Chybík + Krištof Architects, which will create almost 800 new homes in the low energy efficiency category. The ubiquitous river is in sight from the windows of the new homes, from the square or the amphitheatre. Phase 3 is currently under construction.
