I offer the creation of healthy and balanced diets for weight reduction and improved health (if overweight or obesity has already caused the development of civilization diseases). I provide advice on good eating habits, lectures and courses on nutrition and sports.

Re-qualification courses for Nutrition Counsellor, Fitness Instructor, Nordic Walking Instructor, accredited by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Czech Republic. Short-term extension courses of different focus, seminars and workshops. Nutrition and lifestyle counselling. We do not deal in dietary supplements.

We are engaged in human nutrition education and nutrition counseling. We offer retraining certificates for the work activities of a nutrition counselor. All courses are completed with a certificate.
