Elevia People is an external HR partner for small and medium-sized companies. We help with setting up HR processes, recruitment, HR legislation, onboarding and people development. Our goal is to create a functional and transparent HR that supports company growth.

We offer courses and training for companies in the areas of management, teamwork and communication and personnel consulting. We also focus on leadership style analysis, management diagnostics, how to communicate with superiors, handling difficult situations and more.

I work as a Transformational Coach, which is an area for deeper work as a coach with themes that are repetitive in nature such as patterns, life settings, personality traits, balance, work and life satisfaction, purpose, and attitudes about self.
