I work as a freelance trainer and coach, I also provide corporate training. I focus on people management, motivation, emotional intelligence, self-management, communication and the topic of resilience. I prepare practical and interactive workshops where I connect theory with practice. I also provide individual counselling.

I offer a professional coaching approach. I have 10 years of experience and 1700 hours of coaching with teams and individual clients. I work as a transformational coach not only for Executive & Leadership. I am a member of the International Coach Federation.
