I am a lecturer and consultant. I give to the participants of my courses only what I believe in and what I have tested in practice. I am able to tune in to the other person and adapt the course/training to their needs. With respect for the person and their previous experience, I can guide each person to reach their potential.

We organise personal development courses, combined with relaxation and holidays, on the Greek island of Crete. The program includes physical and breathing exercises, meditation, visualization, individual coaching, Shiatsu massage, or a boat trip. Experienced trainers and coaches will accompany you throughout.
