We organise personal development courses, combined with relaxation and holidays, on the Greek island of Crete. The program includes physical and breathing exercises, meditation, visualization, individual coaching, Shiatsu massage, or a boat trip. Experienced trainers and coaches will accompany you throughout.

I run an education and consulting company. I offer management training, personal growth courses, business skills and coaching. The training focuses on media skills, situational leadership, customer communication, self-presentation, teamwork, conflict and stress management.
