Specifically, I teach the 6-week Real Estate Professional training, one-day workshops thematically across the breadth of real estate agents' work, conduct communication training sessions across individual offices, and offer personal coaching. I prefer practical training instead of theory.

I'm the person you can tell in peace and confidentiality all your thoughts and fears that stand between you and what you want to do and live. We train professional coaches and train managers in the use of coaching skills using the Brain-Based Coaching method, which is based on the findings of modern neuroscience. Since 2008 we have trained more than 1000 managers and coaches in the Czech and Slovak Republic. We are accredited by the Ministry of Education and the ICF.

I am a lecturer and consultant. I give to the participants of my courses only what I believe in and what I have tested in practice. I am able to tune in to the other person and adapt the course/training to their needs. With respect for the person and their previous experience, I can guide each person to reach their potential.
