Biodynamic and bioenergetic massages and bodywork allow you to release physical and emotional pain and open yourself up to a steady healing flow of energy in the body. They are a supportive technique to verbal therapy and a healing process in their own right. Trauma bodywork, healing trauma through the body, touch, breath.

We offer professional care from a psychosomatic physician, a psychotherapist, a nutrition therapist, a physical therapist, a massage therapist, and others. We help organizations create healthy and well-functioning work environments through corporate culture audits, training, coaching, and team mediation.

We help to improve, innovate and develop companies so that they fulfil their potential, so that people work well and enjoy working there, so that they grow professionally and humanly and see meaning in their work. Because we believe that such people and such companies help to bring about positive change in society as a whole.
