I am a lecturer and consultant. I give to the participants of my courses only what I believe in and what I have tested in practice. I am able to tune in to the other person and adapt the course/training to their needs. With respect for the person and their previous experience, I can guide each person to reach their potential.

The power of thought is where you can slow down, release tension and feel your own peace again. In a safe and kind space, I offer gentle energy therapies to help the body and mind breathe and come back to itself. May you find a calm here that reminds you that there is more light within you than you know.

Helping teams excel and individuals thrive. I coach managers at all levels of the organization and help them become leaders. I guide people with emotional difficulties in psychotherapy.
