I offer individual therapy, counselling and consultations in matters of personal development. During the therapeutic process, I work with the client to orient him or her within him or herself, to work through traumas, anxieties, fears, states of grief, and to find a way out of complicated life situations.

Individual therapy for adults guided by the Gestalt psychotherapeutic approach. I use mindfulness techniques, nervous system work (EmotionAid method) and other approaches in therapy when needed. I am currently accepting new clients for care. I provide therapy in Louny, Chomutov and online.
