After years in corporate and my own burnout, I realized that life is not supposed to be about performance. Today I help people find greater peace, confidence and direction. I combine my experience in HR, psychology and professional coaching in a safe and human space.

We run a therapy, education and development centre, individual sessions, wellness weekends for the soul (experiential therapy weekend), wellness seminars for the soul. Therapeutic resources: introspective therapy, hypnotherapy, systemic therapy, change-oriented coaching.
