I offer individual therapy focused on coping with difficult life situations. I work with children from the age of 8, adolescents and adults. I draw on my training in integrative psychotherapy, which allows me to approach each client individually and sensitively.

I offer solution-focused counselling and coaching with therapeutic elements in Olomouc and online. I focus on the topics of self-esteem, personal development, relationships and communication, self-care, personal boundaries, high mindfulness and stress and tension management.
