I work with adults and adolescents who are going through a difficult time in their lives, whether personal, family, or partnership. I encourage new perspectives on situations, to find motivation for effective attitudes. I help to become aware of needs, encourage self-expression, identify and change unhelpful attitudes in life.

Areas of difficulty: playing slot machines, betting on sports matches, online betting, playing card games, poker, roulette, casino visits, computer gaming, internet and social networking addiction.

I provide family, couples and individual therapy using family systems therapy. I work with adults and children. I also provide TPO therapy in the form of Tight Hug Therapy. Together we look for a suitable and gentle solution. I work with children as a play therapist in Play Therapy. I work with children with trauma using the FIE method.
