I work with clients in a holistic way, on both basic levels - with the mind and the body. My main approach is constellational, however, I also use other techniques (e.g. breathing, meditation, etc. ) in my individual work, which allows me to target your exact intention. I also organize group constellation workshops.

I offer therapy and supervision. I help the client find what they need to achieve emotional freedom, a sense of peace. The goal is freedom from fears, phobias, anger, grief, feelings of powerlessness, exclusion, guilt. The past does not change, but the emotional traumas and the focus on negative experiences disappear.
