The institution is concerned with animal health, food safety and the protection of the state from the possible introduction of dangerous diseases or their carriers. We focus on the direct and indirect protection of animals against cruelty.

We run a veterinary clinic for dogs, cats, small mammals, birds and reptiles. Our veterinary clinic was established in 1992. We provide preventive procedures, complex diagnostics (X-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy) and therapy of animal diseases including surgical interventions.
