We run exhibitions introducing visitors to the development of the vegetable, fruit and wine growing industry as technology evolves. We organize short-term exhibitions, prepare accompanying and educational programs for children and school children. We rent rooms for social events.

The memorial focuses not only on the life and work of the two literary greats, but also on folklore and local traditions to which both brothers had a close relationship and often used in their work.

The synagogue is operated by the Museum of the Boskovice Region. It is a baroque building from 1639 with later modifications. Its vaults are decorated with Hebrew liturgical texts. We publish the journal Museologica Brunensia, which publishes scientific papers in the field of museology and museum studies. We run the Mendel Genetic Clinic. We give tours of the abbey.

Providing exhibitions and lectures. We organize programs for children and schools, concerts, competitions and accompanying events. Regular visitors can use a loyalty card. In our branch there are permanent exhibitions Kitchen furniture, Restored castle furniture and Archaeology of Jevišovice.

The museum continues the tradition of the local museum association, which was founded in 1905. It provides professional research and collection activities, especially in the fields of archaeology, history and ethnography.
