Running a regional museum offering displays on ethnography, nature, pottery and local history. There are three exhibition halls. We also organise concerts and exhibitions.
We offer tours of a declassified bunker from the 1970s. The former military facility served as a strategic telephone exchange. It used to house communications cables. The flagship cable was designed to carry up to 1,920 calls at a time and provide communication between Warsaw Pact countries in wartime. The building was top secret.
We are a modern visitor centre of the White Carpathians Protected Landscape Area. There is a shop with regional products. You can take a look at the interactive exhibition and learn about the attractions of the White Carpathians.
The memorial focuses not only on the life and work of the two literary greats, but also on folklore and local traditions to which both brothers had a close relationship and often used in their work.

We provide an exhibition about the life and work of the founder of genetics Gregor Mendel. We offer lectures on genetics. We publish the journal Museologica Brunensia, which publishes scientific papers in the field of museology and museum studies. We run the Mendel Genetic Clinic. We give tours of the abbey.

Buildings 14 and 15 house the 14l15 Baťa Institute, a cultural and educational center. It is home to the Regional Gallery of Fine Arts, the Museum of Southeast Moravia, the František Bartoš Regional Library, and the Regional Tourist Information Center. This modern complex is managed by the 14l15 Baťa Institute, a public institution.
We hold various short-term exhibitions in the oldest building in the town - a listed 16th century Renaissance mansion. We also offer tours of the permanent exhibitions: the Prehistory of the Kyjov Region, Folk Culture in the Kyjov Region and Nature of the Kyjov Region.
