We operate a modern visitor centre in a specially protected area, open to the public. It includes a permanent interactive exhibition about the nature and landscape of the protected area in the interior and exterior. We provide educational and training programs and tourism information.

The museum exhibition presents the history of the village and its surroundings.

The ruins of Přimda Castle stand on top of a rocky ridge above the town of the same name in the northern part of the Bohemian Forest. The first mention of Přimda dates back to 1121. Přimda is thus considered the oldest stone castle on our territory.

We run a permanent exhibition documenting the historical development of the area from the Middle Ages to the 20th century. We also exhibit animals, plants, rocks and specimens of trees. We organise regular museum events. We offer programs for schools. We organise strudel festivals.

Offering tours of the Benedictine monastery and castle. Former Benedictine monastery founded in 1115 by Vladislav I. Possibility of organizing weddings.

Educational and leisure facility linking themed museum displays with historic workshops of traditional building crafts, which, as well as presenting their equipment, also offer the opportunity to try out specific craft skills.

Tours of the former Cistercian monastery complex. The life of the monastery began in 1144, when it was founded by the then Prince Vladislav II, and its current appearance was influenced by Baroque reconstructions. After the dissolution of the monastery in the 19th century, it became the dominion of the Metternich family. It can host weddings.

Operation of a regional museum. There is an exhibition of hop stamps, prehistory in the Central Poohří, archaeology and regional history. Organisation of exhibitions and lectures. Sale of publications and souvenirs. We provide tours of the museum, town and monumental trees for the public as well as school and group tours.
