A real estate investment company.

We are a real estate development company that is an integral part of the YD Capital group. We select, create and build projects where we see unquestionable potential in order to meet the investment goals of our clients and the company.

Our development company has been creating homes in Prague and the immediate area since 2012 and is a member of the Developers Association. Our basic pillars are the emphasis on the selection of exceptional locations, an environmentally friendly approach, the use of quality materials and high comfort for the future inhabitants of our buildings.

We handle projects of all types, from residential to office to commercial. We do not shy away from unconventional, untried projects such as science and technology parks or sports complexes. We place emphasis on the project's fit into the locality and its further development.

We focus on building distinctive projects that reflect the lifestyles of their residents or users. Through the activities of specialized companies, we cover four segments of the real estate business - land development, construction execution, real estate investment and asset management.

We target the development of new or stabilized areas with an emphasis on giving real estate a new face in an innovative direction. Our team has been active in the development and real estate market for over 10 years, primarily focusing on the residential sector in locations near medium-sized cities and in catchment areas.
