Therapeutic and relaxing massages in the form of psychotherapy and touch.

Massages.

Targeted massage techniques with elements of chiropractic aimed at relieving pain and improving musculoskeletal function. Massages are effective for spinal pain, back pain, migraines, sciatica, dizziness, tingling limbs, tennis elbow or hip, foot and wrist pain.

I practice Zen Shiatsu—a Japanese technique that promotes deep relaxation while helping to address a wide range of physical and psychosomatic issues. I also work with teenagers and children. The treatment is very beneficial during pregnancy (starting in the 4th month). Please message me via WhatsApp or text to schedule an appointment; I generally do not answer the phone.

We provide massages, craniosacral and regression therapies, manual face lifting, yoga, sound healing and massage courses.

Most often I help people with back, head, hand and foot pain not only in the massage room in Lišná, but also online in my courses or consultations. I will advise and guide you on your body, where to squeeze what to make the pain ease and subside. If I have a vacancy and you are close to Lišně, I will preferably book you for a massage.

We offer Bowen massage and mobilisation techniques. I perform non-invasive techniques to release spinal and peripheral joint blockages.
