The company was created by combining a love of beautiful landscapes and a passion for the good wine and food that Tuscany has to offer. We have sought out small wineries, butchers, cheese makers and farmers to offer you a complete experience of this part of Italy.

In San Carlo, we are passionate about Neapolitan pizza and Mediterranean cuisine in general, and we want to share it with you. Our pizzas are made with fresh ingredients and baked in stone ovens according to the old Neapolitan tradition, which is not the only reason why we have been awarded as one of the best pizzerias in Europe.

We run a pizzeria. We have prepared for you Italian specialties. Live music every week. We are ready to organize corporate and private parties including a program to your complete satisfaction.

We run a restaurant offering a wide range of Italian cuisine, oak baked pizzas, pasta and salads. Seating in the summer garden. Possibility to organize celebrations and parties.

The restaurant is situated in the historical part of Prague in Mala Strana. In addition to traditional Czech cuisine, we also offer Italian specialties. The premises with a bar and dance floor are suitable for family celebrations or parties for employees and colleagues.
