The brewery is located in a former baroque malt house. We've brought together experienced chefs, a skilled brewer, trained friendly staff and set it all in a sensitively restored space with an unassuming design. You can come see for yourself on your own palate.

In the middle of the Bohemian Paradise we run a year-round restaurant and apartments with facilities, a playground and a tennis court. Below us you will also find a wedding meadow. We are an ideal place to visit the restaurant or to organize weddings, celebrations and teambuilding. We provide catering throughout the Czech Paradise.

There is a piano, children's corner, football, garden seating with barbecue and fireplace, swing, sandpit and trampoline for children. Entrance is possible even with dogs. Pivovarský dům emphasizes the modern concept of Czech cuisine, based on its own bread or confit duck. An integral part of the house is its own microbrewery, where special beers are brewed under the auspices of the Břevnov Monastery Brewery. Taste beer specials and Czech craft spirits.

Modern Czech cuisine based on loving work with fresh ingredients. We rotate beers from Czech microbreweries on 6 taps. You can discover different beer styles for example with pork tenderloin steaks.

The brewery produces both lagers and top-fermented ales. The brewery includes a restaurant with a summer garden on the square and a guesthouse. You can taste Falkenštejn beer not only in our beer hall, but also in many other places in the region.

We can do fantastic breakfast, brunch and lunch. We have a great selection of coffee and great desserts are already our daily routine. Feel free to stop by with the kids - we have a great play area for them.

The restaurant combines folklore traditions with home cooking and dulcimer music. We also offer the rental of beautiful and inspiring spaces for weddings or events. For your events there is a pleasant background, which is located by the folklore garden that surrounds the Hlubočepský Chateau.
