Production and sale of Old Bohemian gingerbread, which is made according to a recipe from the 16th century. The gingerbread is hand-pressed into wooden moulds which were carved from the wood of fruit trees.

I am engaged in the handmade production of jams, marmalades, syrups and chutneys.
