Health yoga, pelvic floor school, pilates. I deal with pelvic floor issues and related difficulties - sagging, incontinence, back pain, diastasis, loose center and other specific difficulties. Yoga in my concept is a health exercise focused on functional healthful movement.

In our health and relaxation studio, we focus on a holistic approach to wellness. We offer yoga, Taoist yoga sundo, tai chi and qigong classes, as well as Access Bars and CRQ therapy. Balance of body and mind, a peaceful soul, are our values.

We offer courses and lessons in oriental dance that fascinate and fulfill us. We lovingly transmit the beauty of dance and combine different styles, including ballet. Our dance-movement therapy and yoga are therapeutic. We are thrilled to inspire others to dance and the joy of movement.
