The studio invites you to a comfortable space where you can relax, unwind, strengthen your body and spirit and connect to your breath and rhythm. We practice with experienced instructors, especially yoga, health exercises, meditation, dance, exercise with children. We rent space for workshops, seminars, meetings.

Have a good swim, have a great breakfast/lunch/dinner, send the kids to a club and listen to a lecture or check out the premiere of a new movie. No problem, you're at our center. Whatever age you fall into, you'll find something for you.
