A yoga and pilates studio where you will find your strength and peace. We are characterized by a homely atmosphere of well-being and acceptance. Our classes are taught by quality veteran teachers who care not only about their education, but more importantly about you. Come to us for a relaxed, healthy and strong body and a great feeling.

A space that caresses and heals itself - that's us, a boutique studio. A building you would normally pass by without a sign of interest is "different" inside. A space where women indulge in moments of stopping, resting and returning to themselves. Yoga or J-HO is about connection.
