Nutritional counselling is based on the principles of healthy and proper eating. You will not be forced to take any "miracle" pills, shakes, etc... By obtaining a detailed medical history (health, nutritional,...) and examination (measurements, bodystat, etc.) I will identify any errors in your diet and suggest the most appropriate changes.
