I write nutrition articles and speak to companies on nutrition and lifestyle topics.

I offer personal fitness trainer services focusing on weight loss, muscle gain, body shaping, correcting imbalances, helping with back, knee, head and neck pain. I also offer training plans, nutritional counseling, online coaching, competition preparation, posing classes, lymphatic massage or maderotherapy.
