We offer a space for yoga and relaxation where you can slow down and find harmony. Our studio provides yoga classes, massages and activities for all. We create an environment for conscious living and personal growth.

We organize power yoga classes for beginners and advanced, yoga for healthy back, gentle yoga and yin yoga. You will also find yoga for moms with children, pregnant moms-to-be, baby yoga and yoga for businesses. See the calendar on the website for a list of group classes.

We organize cultural, social and educational events, conferences, exhibitions, lectures. We organize dance, music, language and art courses or seminars. We offer the possibility of renting the premises. We also run interest groups or theme days.

We are a private preschool located in a family home with a garden. We offer a very structured but balanced program that is tailored to each individual. We are based on the needs of the children and work according to the RVP PV. We accept children from the age of 2,5 years.
