The House of Children and Youth Benešov is a contributory organization that carries out educational, leisure and recreational activities for children, youth, their parents and other interested adults and organizations throughout the year. It organises a number of occasional events each month and during the holidays, suburban and residential camps.

We offer yoga classes and classes: Hatha yoga, Hatha for beginners, HOT at 42°C, Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga, Gravid, Relaxation, moms with babies, individual yoga classes, seminars, courses. We sell yoga and relaxation equipment.
