We provide a cosy and family environment for the attendance of children aged 2 - 6 years with a quiet garden of 1500 m2. Two playgroups of 12 children each, cared for by 2 teaching assistants and 2 teaching assistants. We started our activity in 2013, since 2018 we are a Children's Group.

Running a private special family-run kindergarten with individual attention for children as young as 2 and a half years old. There are special interest groups - English, dance, drama, ceramics, sports, art, music and movement activities according to children's interests. We provide meals throughout the day.

We are engaged in swimming lessons for infants, toddlers and children up to 12 years. We swim with babies from 2 months in your home in the bath, from 5 months. We also offer individual swimming lessons. We organize stays for families with children and swimming camps. We offer earring shooting and infant massage.

We operate a maternity centre. There is a playroom, dance and art classes and English language classes for children. For adults we offer power yoga and hatha yoga, pilates or English classes. We provide socio-educational counselling for children up to 7 years old.

We provide yoga classes for women, larger children from 3 to 7 years old, or married couples.

A chamber yoga studio with a magical atmosphere - yoga classes for beginners and advanced, for children, teens, adults and seniors; yoga stays.

We offer swimming lessons for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We hold classes for parents with children and professional home visits for swimming for young infants. Home swimming is suitable for young infants from six weeks to six months. Swimming is done in the home environment in your own bath.

We run yoga and craniosacral therapy classes.

I am a certified yoga instructor and have been teaching yoga since 2007. I offer public group and individual classes and also teach online. You can choose from our yoga classes for body regeneration, mental relaxation and soul harmony.
