I offer yoga classes and courses for adults and children. We can meet in person or remotely.

Come and exercise, relax, get energized, immerse yourself in the rhythms of your breath and experience the world of yoga. We organize weekend yoga classes in beautiful resorts in various places in the Czech Republic. On our weekends you will encounter both classical and dynamic concepts of yoga. We hold regular classes in Sluštice.

Irena and Robert Hübler. We are married and both yoga instructors. We practice in the beautiful and harmonious environment of the Maitrea kindergarten in Sluštice. We have been organizing yoga courses, individual and special thematic classes here since 2010. We are now opening a course for beginners.

We hold regular kundalini yoga classes and constellation-based personal development courses.
